The Party

We will arrive approx one hour before the commencement time to set up; we make pizza together with your group and we supply all ingredients and equipment unless otherwise arranged.  Refer details within our packages for more specific inclusions.  We also include pizza theme decorations.  The session caters for a limited number of participants as specified in the package descriptions. if you wish to have more participate it will be at additional cost of $60 per person.  Approximate duration of the party will be 2.5 hours including preparation time.

 

Cancellations

If you need to cancel a full refund will apply if you have cancelled within 5 days of your pizza party date. Less than 5 days notice, our preferred option is to reschedule your party.  If cancellation is Covid related or due to unforeseen circumstances, we understand it could be out of your control and will ask you to reschedule.  In the instance of last minute cancellations or date change within 2 days, full refunds will be given only at Kids Pizza Parties Discretion.

If Kids Pizza Parties should have to cancel due to Covid or unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you as soon as possible and a full refund will apply or we can reschedule your party if you so wish. Our team tests regularly for Covid to ensure the safety of our customers.

Payments

All payments are required in advance and to secure your pizza party booking. Payments may be made using Electronic Funds Transfer if you have been issued an invoice, due and payable 5 days prior to your party date, OR buy purchasing one of our packages via out website. Payments online are made securely via our payment provider which is Stripe. 

 

Equipment 

We will be using equipment in your own home, we will endeavor to clean to the best of our ability however we can not guarantee there wont be residual cleaning that you could be required to complete at a later time.

Parents may be asked to assist young children during the course of our party

Ingredients brands and types may change from time to time depending on availability and supply

Damage

We will take every measure not to cause damage to your property by the use of our equipment, ovens or persons and do not accept responsibility for damages that were already in existence

Complaints

We are a very small business, please direct any complaints in writing through our contact email address and we will reply within 48 hours.  We will always try to do give you the best customer experience

Photos

We reserve the right to take photos purely for marketing purposes and they may be published on facebook, you must advise if you do not wish your photo to appear for public view

Pricing

Our pricing is subject to change due to ingredients, labour costs and preparation.  Each party varies in preparation and requirements

Out of Service Area Pizza Parties

There is an additional charge for out of St George and Sutherland Shire areas, min $50 depending on location and distance.  Kids Pizza Parties requests minimum package 2 for out of area parties
